CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. Customers who want to return a shipped order may refer to our Return Policy.
As Aizome Bedding is still in its baby bed, our return policies are evolving to offer you more freedom, so please check back here soon.
Generally, if there is any reason for dissatisfaction contact us and we will make it right!
At the moment we offer returns under the following conditions: All returns must be approved in advance by our support staff. Please contact email@example.com if you want to return your order. Any approved return must be sent back to us within 10 days after delivery. A 10% return fee of the ordered item(s) will be charged. The customer is responsible for bearing all costs associated with the return via registered mail to Tokyo, Japan. Refunds will be paid out after the arrival of the returned item(s). Aizome Bedding generally offers financial compensation in the form of store credit but we decide this on a case-by-case basis.
