There’s not many products that give you a 12 month trial… in fact, we can’t think of any! But Aizome believes that you deserve a six months to make sure this is right for you. And given how few customers have ever sent their product back, we are confident you’ll have your best sleep yet.
To initiate a return, please call Customer Care at +1 312-715-7170 or by e-mail at email@example.com . Once return eligibility is confirmed, a specialist will help facilitate that process from start to finish.
To be preliminarily eligible for a return:
- You must still be within your 12 month trial period; and,
- Your bedding must be clean and undamaged.
All return requests must be approved before processing. At Aizome, we don’t believe in selling used or refurbished bedding, so if your bedding is open and you are eligible for a return, we will work with you to get the item donated or otherwise disposed-of through local organizations within your community.
Upon approval, you will be refunded the full unit price of your purchase, less the value of any discount or promotional items received with the purchase, to your original method and amount of purchase. Please note that you are eligible for a full return of the purchasing price but not any fees or levies that your local government may have charged you. We can refund only the amount that you have spent on our shop.

Refunds will only be processed for those items that are included in the return request and approved accordingly.
